(GILBERT, Ariz.) The Gilbert Christian High School Athetic Department is excited to announce the hiring of its new head volleyball coach, Ashley Ahlman.

Coach Ahlman brings extensive high school coaching experience and a proven track record of building highly competitive programs while developing student-athletes in character, leadership, and faith. As a head coach, she has led multiple high school programs across 3A and 5A classifications to postseason success, earning several coaching recognitions along the way, including all-sports Coach of the Year honors in one of the largest districts in Colorado.

In addition to her high school success, Coach Ahlman has experience as a head coach in club volleyball and has served as an assistant coach at the collegiate level. She is passionate about building a Christ-centered team culture that emphasizes integrity, discipline, service, and a commitment to excellence in competition. Her desire is to help student-athletes grow both on the court and in their personal walk with Christ.

When she's not in the gym, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, and their four children. The Ahlman crew will be moving to Arizona this summer and looks forward to becoming part of the Gilbert Christian family.
